| | February 27, 2010 No Impact of Earthquake on Operations

| | Vancouver, BC. On Saturday, February 27, 2010, Chile suffered an 8.8-magnitude quake which struck about 325 kilometres south of the capital, Santiago near the city of Concepción. The Company's Santo Domingo project is located in region III to the North of the impacted area and is not directly affected by the earthquake. The office in Santiago suffered only minor damage and will be closed a couple of days for clean-up.
