Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. MacPhail, B.A., C.A., has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation since 2004. Since qualification as a Chartered Accountant in 1977, Mr. MacPhail has provided financial advisory services to companies including many public resource companies. He has previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and as a director of other resource companies.
